Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
